Pricing information
Every price range shown on this site is a Florida market range published for comparison. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a price list. The only binding number is the one in a written, itemised estimate signed by both parties after an on-site inspection.
Insurance and legal information
Pages on this site describe Florida statutes and the Florida Building Code as they stood in October 2026. Law changes. Nothing here is legal advice or insurance advice, and nothing here interprets your policy — Florida law reserves policy interpretation to licensed public adjusters. Speak to your agent, your carrier, or the Florida Department of Financial Services about your own claim.
Deductibles and claims
Under s. 489.147, Florida Statutes, a contractor may not offer any rebate, gift, cash, coupon or waiver of an insurance deductible in exchange for a roof inspection or a claim. JAC Builders does not do so. We do not accept assignment of benefits, which is prohibited on residential property policies issued on or after 1 January 2023, and we do not file claims on a homeowner's behalf.
