JAC Builders and roofing did an outstanding job on my roof in a half a day including a full run roof ridge vent patching the old ones. Exceptional, efficient and everything clean and neat when they left. BEST EXPERIENCE!! My name is Ed and we live in Spring Hill, FL.From start to finish the process was seamless! From the sales team, to the office help, to the crew, to the clean up. All of our questions were answered and we were guided throughout the process and kept in the loop with what to expect along the way.We have a 3,000 sq ft roof and the job was completed within 2 days, start to finish. Prior to starting the job, the crew prepped the area around our home to keep the mess neat and make clean up a breeze. They circled our home collecting any debris that was missed.I cannot begin to express the gratitude and confidence we have for this company. They are licensed & insured and provided all documentation to verify.Thank you Phil & Jordan for your professionalism and outstanding communication.It was a blessing to have the opportunity to work with them and receive such quality service. JAC over exceeded my expectations throughout the process. Communication was on point, demo/installation was quick (just within about half a day) and my yard was debris free after all was said and done. Great workmanship quality, 10/10, would recommend this roofing subcontractor if you are unsure of who to go with. Kudos to Curtis Kalamaras for the guidance and info he provided me - ask for him, he won’t steer you wrong!

Curtis Kalamaras was extremely helpful the entire process, very professional and went above and beyond my expeditions!! Roof was up and done in 1 day. He made sure I had extra protection on roof which also will help with insurance discounts!! Allyson and her team were professional the entire day made sure everything was covered and cleaned up and came back to double check and inspect roof!! I can not say enough about this company and the attention to detail on this entire process--thank you so so much it is nice to see a company who still cares about their customers and seems to treat their employees well too!
